D1 Chicago takeover

I hit up D1 Chicago w/ my driftmechaniks/team rowdy hommies last weekend. Probably one of the best weekends I have had in a long time. First off Chicago is a great city! I love it and if it wasn't for snow I'd probably move up there haha. Another thing that made it great was having about 30 of my friends in the same town from all across the country. Ate lots of great food, D1 was great, The willis tower skydeck was WAY RAD, wandering around Chicago w/ everyone, Andy playing bum and making 76cents, Sweet contemporary art museum... so much radness. Thanks to Charlie for showing us around his town, Haterdan for the passes to D1, Ray for being Ray, Alex for renting a sweet Mazda5 and everyone else who came and made the trip rad.

I really want to try and do some competing soon!

4th

For the 4th of July this year Alex, Mike and I ventured down to our friend Wes' home turf of Peachtree City for a pool party and fireworks. The town is known for its masses of golf cart trails and it wasn't a let down! It was rad to see and experience esp on the 4th. Met lots of cool new people, lots of carting around, lots of yuengling, good times.

I'm still rocking a crappy cell phone camera so I yanked these off Facebook from Lauren Hope Williams. Thank you Lauren. haha
